How soon can I start service?
Once contacted, we can have a rep out to your facility to give you bid that same day. They will get a proposal back to you within 24 hours.

Unlimited Services has accounts all over the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex. We have crews as far south as Waxahachie and as far north as McKinney.
Is Unlimited Services bonded and Insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance worth $2,000,000.00 and have a $25,000 service bond. We also require our janitors to carry their own liability insurance. So you will never not be covered!
How do I communicate with my janitorial crew when they’re cleaning after business hours?
All of our customers are provided with a logbook. This is a good way to communicate with your janitorial crew regarding any minor issue. You also have an account manager you can contact regarding any questions or issues. They will make sure to get in touch with your janitorial crew for you.
How soon can I contract with Unlimited Services?
From first contact until the initial maintenance, the time to receive service can be as little as 24 hours depending on the size of the job.

How did US get into the landscaping and parking lot maintenance business?

Can I schedule maintenance visits to fit my staff’s coming and going schedules?
Yes… US can schedule crews for early morning cleanings between shifts at companies which run on 24-hour cycles. The maintenance can be done between shift changes with a minimum of interruptions.

Yes… The company provides bonded certification when required and all janitors must provide proof of citizenship or legal resident.
